If your quiz isn’t right for your party, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund your payment in full. No questions, no forms, no “what went wrong” interrogation.
Email hello@shipr.gg from any address, and include the email on your receipt or your quiz link so we can find the order. We aim to reply the same day and always within two business days. The refund is issued through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. Paddle typically returns the money to your bank within 3–5 business days, sometimes up to 10 depending on your bank.
If you refund, your published quiz link is switched off, since publishing is the thing you paid for. Everything you typed stays yours — ask and we will send you your questions and answers so nothing is lost.
You build your entire quiz for free, and you play your own finished game — with your names and your questions — before you are asked for a penny. Nobody should be paying for a surprise. The refund window exists for the cases we can’t predict: the party got cancelled, someone else already organised a game, the wifi at the venue was hopeless.
Please email us first. A refund by email is faster than a chargeback and we will never argue about it.
Paid twice by accident? Tell us and we refund the extra charge immediately — that one isn’t limited to 14 days.
